Order Processing & Shipping
All products on "One Hour Reads" are made on demand. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
 

Estimated Shipping Times:

• United States: 5–10 business days after processing

• International: 10–20 business days after processing
   

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen delays. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

No Refunds / All Sales Final
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except in the case of defective items or mistakes on our part. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
 

Lost or Damaged Items
While we take care in packaging each order, "One Hour Reads" is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your order is damaged or does not arrive, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
 

On-Demand Production
Because all products are produced on demand, every item is made especially for you. This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer unique products, but it also means we cannot accept returns or offer refunds under normal circumstances.
